NPDES Permitting and Inspections

NPDES Permitting

The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NDPES) Permit Program mandates by Federal Law that all Construction sites of 1 acre or greater be registered. This registration requires that a plan be prepared for the discharge of stormwater from the site. This plan is referred to as a Construction Best Management Practices Plan (CBMPP).

Registration also requires that the site be inspected and maintained until construction is complete and registration is properly terminated.  Failure to ensure that the site remains in compliance may result in termination of the registration, fines and legal action.

Arrington Engineering Can prepare the NDPES permit application and perform the required inspections and reporting to assure that your project stays in compliance.
